Canada 150 Concert

Yorkton Regional High School is featuring a concert with Yorkton Community Choir, Band, Yorkton Regional High School choir and bands, dancers and drummers. Cadets will be carrying provincial flags.

Tickets are free for students, $10 for adults. Proceeds go towards Anne Porttnuff Theatre revitalization project.

Sunday, December 10th, concert starts at 7pm.

CP Holiday Train 2017

The CP Holiday Train, which crosses the country promoting local food banks, is coming to Yorkton at noon on Monday Dec 4th. The Salvation Army is asking for the assistance of the cadets in gathering donations and non-perishable food items for the Yorkton Lighthouse Food Bank & Care Centre.

Meet our new Support Committee Executive!

What is a Support Committee? Support committees partner with the Commanding Officer on behalf of the Army Cadet League to deliver optional programming to the cadets. They also coordinate fundraising for optional items not paid for by public funding.

Bivouac FTX Permission Slip

Find attached the permission slip for our upcoming Bivouac Field Training Exercise 13-15 Oct at the Trap Club/Wildlife Federation just South of Yorkton.

Please note drop-off location is the Wildlife Federation Clubhouse, not the Armoury. Follow the signs on the road to York Lake heading South on Gladstone Ave.

Bivouac FTX Kit List

Find the recommended kit to pack for our 13-15 Oct Bivouac Field Training Exercise below.

Remember the weather can get very cold so pack layers of warm clothes! Tents, air-mattresses and sleeping bags will be provided, however if you have your own winter-rated sleeping bag you are welcome to bring it.


It's that time of year again! Citywide registration, first night back, and an open house!

Wed Sept 6th is Citywide Registration at the Gallagher.
Mon Sept 11th is our first night back at the Armoury.
Sat Setp 16th is our first weekend training day at the Armoury, and open house! Open house is from 11-2.

Remember for camp you need:

__ Photo ID Card (if flying to camp)
__ Signed Offer of Participation
__ Copy of Travel Orders/Itinerary
__ Completed Code of Conduct
